Brian Michael Rini confirmed up Wednesday in a Kentucky neighborhood and mentioned he was the boy, who had been held captive by two males for seven years, authorities mentioned.
DNA checks executed at an FBI lab confirmed the person shouldn’t be Timmothy Pitzen, who can be 14 years outdated.
Not a lot is thought about Rini, aside from police in Kentucky have mentioned he has been arrested prior to now, although Newport Police Chief Thomas Collins did not specify the place.
He has been recognized as Brian Michael Rini, 23, of the Cleveland suburb of Medina, Ohio.
It’s unclear whether or not Rini is in police custody.
What did man say when he was discovered Wednesday?
Is his brother stunned by the information?
Not within the least, says Jonathon Rini. Jonathon used profanity when describing his brother to CNN and mentioned Brian used his title in 2017 when stopped by the cops for a visitors violation. Jonathon discovered when he acquired a letter notifying him his license had been suspended, based on a police report from the Ohio city of Norton. He informed police it was his brother, who was within the Medina County jail.
“I do not wish to discuss to him anymore,” Jonathon, 21, informed CNN.
Will he be charged with a criminal offense?
Police haven’t requested for costs right now, Chief Collins mentioned.
Has he been in jail earlier than?
CNN’s Janet DiGiacomo contributed to this report.
